Step by Step1Day 1: Noumea
Upon arrival at Tontouta International Airport, you will be met by a representative from A5 Car Rental and transferred to their depot for vehicle collection and completion of paperwork.
Once your car hire is arranged, drive to Nouméa for check-in at Hilton Noumea La Promenade Residences. Depending on your arrival time, you may wish to visit the city centre before enjoying the rest of the day at leisure.
Overnight stay in Noumea at Hilton Noumea La Promenade Residences in a Studio Apartment.
2Day 2: Noumea → Poum
Head to Voh to walk on the Gatope Beach, visit the coffee Ecomuseum after which you can fly over the heart of Voh on a ULM. Reach Poum and your hotel.
Overnight stay at Malabou Hotel in a Beach Bungalow.
3Day 3: Poum
Visit the Koumac Cave, the Mines of Tiebaghi and enjoy a lunch and afternoon on Ilot Tiam Bouene.

4Day 4: Poum
Reach the far North of New Caledonia, walk on the Nenon beach, and drive to “Boat Pass”, the northern extremity of the mainland with views on the Beleps Islands. You can finish the day with a clay bath after an easy hike at Relais de Poingam.
Overnight stay at Malabou Hotel in a Beach Bungalow.
5Day 5: Poum → Noumea
Return to Nouméa and enjoy your final evening at Hilton Noumea La Promenade Residences before your departure the following day.
The next day, after breakfast, drive to the A5 Car Rental depot near Tontouta Airport to return your vehicle with a full tank of fuel and complete the necessary paperwork. Once finalised, you will be transferred to Tontouta International Airport for your onward flight. Please allow approximately 3–5 hours travel time from Nouméa prior to departure.
