Setting out from La Foa or Ouano, Vaqueros Rando offers horseback rides between beach, mangrove and Caledonian bush, accessible from age eight. Norbert, your guide, sticks to small groups of up to six riders, to preserve a personal feel. You can choose from two-hour, three-hour or four-hour rides depending on your tastes. From La Foa, the departure takes place on a 400-hectare livestock estate, inland; from Ouano, fifteen minutes from La Foa, the setting mixes beach, mangrove and bush, about an hour and twenty minutes from Nouméa.
