The Starred Chefs Week welcomes a duo of Michelin-starred chefs as special guests.
For this new edition, the event will bring together two internationally renowned chefs for a week of culinary creation and knowledge sharing. They will collaborate within the samed kitchen brigade, working closely with trainees from GIEP-NC alongside local hospitality professionals.
Throughout the week, the chefs will guide the brigade in the preparation of exceptional gastronomic menus inspired by their respective culinary worlds. This immersive format offers trainees a rare opportunity to experience the standards, techniques and teamwork required in Michelin-level kitchens.
The event also highlights the richness of New Caledonia's local produce, with a focus on showcasing regional ingredients through refined and contemporary cuisine. By combining training, collaboration and gastronomy, the week celebrates culinary excellence !
