The trails are freely accessible, the starting points are located all along the Route du Carénage. There is no mountain bike rental on site, please bring your own mountain bike and helmet.

This 40,000-hectare natural setting is a unique wetland recognized internationally by the RAMSAR label for over 10 years. Our team at the South Province designed these facilities to provide access to this historic site while preserving its exceptional biodiversity.
While riding, you will experience a stunning landscape where the blue sky meets lush green nature and iconic red laterite soil. The network features 150 km of trails across the mountain range, including 2 green, 3 blue, 3 red, and 2 black circuits. These outdoors tracks offer magnificent viewpoints over the valleys, the freshwater lakes, and the Great South lagoon, which is part of the largest lagoon in the world. It is a must-do hiking and biking destination for nature lovers seeking an authentic Pacific wilderness experience on the Mainland.
