Facing the Nouméa lagoon, Single Fin combines a convivial atmosphere with an original « surf bar » decor for a shared moment around a drink, a dish or a concert. The programme, packed, unfolds with fashion shows, dance evenings and concerts several times a week, to follow on the Facebook page. The house opens seven days a week: Monday to Thursday from 11am to 9pm, Friday from 11am to 1:30am, Saturday from 8am to 1:30am, Sunday from 8am to midnight. The menu is served continuously, with Australian-style brunch on Saturday and Sunday mornings. Bookings via Messenger, Instagram, phone or SMS to +687 94.33.39.
