In Bourail, the restaurant of the Bétikuré Parc Lodge serves a single three-course menu in the evening: starter, main and dessert. The kitchen combines Caledonian influences with travel-inspired notes: « frenchy » touches, traditional local preparations, North African tagines. This table d'hôtes approach lets fresh ingredients, polished cooking and reasonable prices coexist, in a convivial atmosphere. The property's name, « bétikuré », comes from a local language and means « sharing the pot », which fits well with the spirit of the dinner.
