Small or big hunger? The Noumea Aquatic Centre's restaurant welcomes you to satisfy your appetite on the spot or to take away!

In Nouméa, Pool Beach Club runs a snack-restaurant that mixes cold and hot dishes: sashimi, tartare, poke and Buddha bowls on the fresh side; fish and chips, beef sirloin, smoked marlin, burgers on the hot side, rounded out by salads. On the aperitif side, tapas platters — nachos, smoked marlin — are shared over a glass of wine, a beer or water. Daily dishes and on-request specialties, such as crayfish, crab or fish paella, plus the « Earth platter » for meat lovers, are announced on the Facebook page.
