For more than fifteen years, Lhooq has been running a taxi-boat service out to the islets of the Caledonian lagoon inscribed by UNESCO, especially those of the Great South: Bailly, Charron, Porc Épic, Petit Mato and Ouen island. At the helm, Dimitri organises themed outings through the seasons: humpback whale watching from July to September, and full-day eco-tours across several Great South islets, with a meal hosted by a local family included. During the outings, he shares his knowledge of the underwater world and the local biodiversity. Lhooq is an affiliated member of the SANT (Syndicat des Acteurs Nautiques de Tourisme) of the Maison du Lagon. Book your crossing.
