On the first floor of the Hilton Noumea La Promenade Residences is a restaurant offering dishes and tapas with a myriad of influences!

On the rooftops of Anse Vata bay, facing the Caledonian lagoon, La Terrasse opens Thursday to Sunday with a world cuisine served on the slate. The menu pairs the chef's suggestions with tapas, alongside a selection of wines and cocktails, in a format designed to start the evening with a tapas aperitif before moving on to dinner. Burger, gravlax, Savoyard pastry, tuna tataki: the plates invite to travel, with a layout that puts the lagoon view first. On weekends, the all-you-can-eat brunch installs a longer pause; on Thursday evenings, an all-you-can-eat prawn buffet treats crustacean fans. Book your table.
