At La Table du Banian, Constance and her family draw on a culinary tradition mixing Caledonian and Indonesian influences, built around garden and regional produce. Several vegetarian and vegan dishes appear on the menu, and service takes place on a fine deck whose furniture was crafted by Gilbert, Constance's father. The panoramic view unfolds around the tables and shapes part of the experience, especially for unhurried lunches.
