On the heights of Port-Ouenghi, in Boulouparis, La Table d'en Haut serves cuisine rooted in Saint-Vincent bay: mangrove crab, Bouraké prawns, wild boar from Nassirah, kid goat from Hugon islet, fish caught offshore.
