Spend a night surrounded by nature in a wooden chalet near the Dumbéa River!
A thirty-minute drive from Nouméa, near the Dumbéa river, La Cabane de la Vallée settles two wooden chalets on suspended decks, deep in the forest. From there, you can watch the mountain and the Caledonian birds, and each chalet comes with a double bed plus the option to add an extra mattress for one or two more guests. The kit includes coffee and tea facilities, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and tableware. The outdoor sanitary block for the first chalet sits ten metres downhill; the second has its own bathroom. It's also a launch point for walks along the river and the GR Sud trail. Christine, your host, can deliver breakfast or prepare a homemade dinner, including raclette or pierrade options. Book your night.
