On Port-Boisé bay, in the Caledonian Great South, the Camping Port-Boisé table d'hôtes serves, by reservation, regional cuisine cooked by Natacha. On the menu, depending on the day: quail or fish bougna, chicken, octopus roast, crayfish, fish, sashimi, octopus or shellfish salad, papaya salad. The meal unfolds in a calm seaside setting, well suited to long shared tables.
