At the entrance to Pierced Rock beach, in Bourail, the Chez Marco & Co snack bar plays the card of a rock-and-family atmosphere in Province Sud. The location, a stone's throw from the Bonhomme rock and the waves that built the spot's reputation, makes it a natural stop for surfers as much as walkers. On the menu, Marco's famous burgers (including a vegetarian option), New Zealand rib steak, beef tartare, sweet and savoury crêpes, fresh fruit cocktails, all to a rock soundtrack in New Caledonia. Service is quick and runs until 3pm. Every month, a special burger is featured, and one Saturday a month, the snack hosts a concert with Caledonian bands. Stop by to grab your spot before the surf session.
