Make sure you visit Jean's to sample his delicious wood-fired cuisine, shared under the shade of the large “faré”!
Facing Aventure and Duroc islets, Chez Lylone seats you at the large table in a family home, where Jean cooks local produce — often from the garden — over a wood fire. A trained chef, he opens with a homemade aperitif before serving freshly caught fish, sides of papaya, coconut rice or yam, and homemade desserts. The meal unfolds under the large faré, in conversation and shared moments, with direct beach access right outside. For guests staying at the beach or the natural pool, the team can also prepare a takeaway picnic. The table plays Caledonian flavours in a simple, wood-fire logic and a clearly convivial spirit. Book your meal.
You can also explore the garden with its many plants, vanilla orchids and fruit trees.
