The house relies on natural ingredients — whole milk, eggs, fresh fruit — with no artificial flavourings or preservatives. In a cup or a cone, sorbet or cream, you build your gelato rose on the shaded terrace of the shop in Province Sud. The lagoon view and the neighbourhood buzz frame the sweet break in New Caledonia. On cooler days, house-made waffles pair beautifully with a thick hot chocolate or a Lavazza cappuccino. Delivery is handled through the Need Eat partnership. The shop earned the 2020 Travellers' Choice award on Tripadvisor.
