At Anse Vata bay, inside Le Nouvata hotel, the L'Équilibre restaurant offers all-you-can-eat buffets in the morning, at midday and in the evening, in a dining room open to the sea or on the terrace facing the garden and swimming pool. Friday evenings are paced by a Polynesian-flavoured dinner-show with seafood specialties; each Saturday evening, the buffet takes on varied themes drawn from French and European cuisine. The adjoining bar hosts aperitifs and extended evenings, with a regular themed programme: karaoke, tango, swing.
