[Temporarily closed] On the Isle of Pines, the signature restaurant of Le Méridien hotel, La Pirogue, welcomes guests from breakfast through dinner in a setting designed for unwinding, indoors or on the terrace facing the swimming pool. The contemporary decor with Melanesian influences, large ceiling fans and rattan armchairs build the character of the place. The menu alternates between a breakfast buffet, an à la carte lunch and a refined dinner blending traditional Melanesian dishes with reimagined French plates: crab, island snails, crayfish with fresh herbs, traditional bougna regularly on the slate. To close the evening, a house cocktail is enjoyed facing the lagoon, feet in the sand.
