On the 1,100 hectares of La Broussarde, in Bourail, Suzanne raises eight hundred head of cattle, ten or so beehives and a handful of poultry, right in the heart of Caledonian Province Sud. Her transformation workshops produce venison sausages, hams, marinated steaks, veal, pork, fresh eggs, free-range chickens, ducks, lemon achards, orange and tangerine jams, syrups and many other local preparations. Sales are made on-site by appointment, as well as at the Ducos market, the Bush market, the city centre Thursday market, agricultural fairs, the Boulouparis festival and the Bienvenue à la ferme farmers' market. Territory-wide delivery and large orders are available in New Caledonia. La Broussarde is a member of the Bienvenue à la ferme network.
