Jocelyne and Jean-Luc Chanier welcome you for a homemade dinner at the heart of their agricultural farm located in Dumbéa!
At Domaine de la Ferme d'Erambéré, on their family estate of about twenty hectares, Jean-Luc and Jocelyne serve at the table d'hôtes a kitchen rooted in the territory. The menu evolves with the seasons and favours produce from the farm and neighbouring estates: tuna with mango, forest chicken, eggplants with house honey, leading a Caledonian-flavoured cuisine. The setting, made of niaouli forests, tree ferns and endemic low-mountain palms, accompanies the meal. The table operates for guests staying at the guesthouse, on reservation by phone.
