This International Tournament will be played over 3 rounds at Dumbea Golf Course, New Caledonia.

The Course

Dumbea Golf Course is the oldest course in NC, built and designed in the early 80s by Robert Green, famous Australian architect. It’s a pleasant Course, crossed by 2 little rivers, and would be described as a natural parkland. The Course is flat and easily playable for all levels, offering natural obstacles such as magnificents old trees, refreshing « Dumbea » river, sunny by the Pacific light. Dumbea Golf Course, who wants to be eco-sustainable, can be easily played by walking. Our club is popular for golfers of all ages. The Café-restaurant « le Nineteen » and Proshop operate 7 days a week.

Who can play:

All golfers welcomed, men and ladies from 30 years old: Mid-Amateurs (30-49yrs old), Séniors (50-64yrs old), Veterans (65 yrs old and more).They must have a current handicap of 36.4 or less (certified by the league/club). A golfer of hcp over 36, can play, but hcp is brought back to 36.4. In the event that entries exceed the number of available places, the highest Hcp is subjected to elimination. The Committee is free to modify the field of players. The field will be made up of 120 golfers, including 30 overseas Amateurs golfers. The Committee reserves the right to increase the number of male or female players should the total field size not be achieved.

The Tournament Format

The event will be played over three rounds. Individual tournament in Stableford, Gross and Net. Prizes each day by category (Mid-Amateur, Seniors, Veterans) and aggregate the last day.

The Program

Tuesday 31st October, free practice round at Dumbea Golf Course. This will be a good opportunity for all the players to look at the course before the three round tournament starts.

4.00 – 5.30pm Welcome gift and appetizer

Wednesday 1st November, Round one at Dumbea Golf Course, lunch and drink will be available before the round.

5.30 – 7.00pm Prize presentation, cocktail function.

Thursday 2nd November, Round two at Dumbea Golf Course, lunch and drink will be available before the round.

5.30 – 7.00pm Prize presentation, cocktail function.

Friday 3rd November, Round three at Dumbea Golf Course, lunch and drink will be available before the round.

From 6.00pm Prize presentation, cocktail function

Cancellation policy:

Before departure
Ticket: A Ticket is refundable less airline fees + processing fees once the transaction has been authorized and completed.
Date change permitted less airlines fees + difference between fares if applicable + service fees.

After departure
Your airline ticket (round-trip) will not be refundable.

Accommodation:
Château Royal: rates are subject to availability at time of booking. Cancellation permitted prior 1 month your arrival, with 50% penalty fees.
Le Lagon: rates are subject to availability at time of booking. Cancellation permitted prior 1 month your arrival, with 50% penalty fees.
