Discover Kanak culture in New Caledonia’s iconic Tjibaou Cultural Centre. The Centre is built on 8 hectares of land, for a complete immersion into the heart of Melanesian traditions and culture. Designed by famous architect Renzo Piano, there are exhibitions throughout the year plus an auditorium where many artists perform each year. The mission of the Tjibaou Cultural Centre is to collect, showcase and promote Kanak culture.
