Farm producing venison-based charcuterie items as well as spicy relishes made from local produce.

  • 7/7 from 7:30am to 11:30 am and from 1:30pm to 5pm. Reservation required.

Dried deer sausage, smoke-dried sausages, smoked deer ham or biltong, natural or hot and spicy, pasta, local spiced pickles … you can buy them all at this delicatessen at Nessadiou (fresh or spicy chipolatas and sausages can be ordered). You can also order your BBQ needs and kits before heading off for a stay in Bourail. Quality products produced at a processing plant regulated by government standards. See the products at the Marché Broussard (Bush Market) in Nouméa and during the Agricultural Shows at Boulouparis, Bourail and Koumac, together with the Gastronomy and Tourism Fairs.
