Located to the south east of Maré, an authentic welcome in the midst of fruit trees and flowers. this new tribal accommodation will give you the opportunity to discover the beauty and traditions of the Pénélo tribe.

Outings :

One-hour hike to "Lo Cekol" The visitor, accompanied by a guide, is taken to the water holes around Pénélo and to the beautiful forest near the tribal village, and climbs to a height where the long sheer cliffs at "Lo Cekol" (pronounced Lo Chekol) can be seen. A hike with time to talk and share culture and nature.
Picnic at Patho Beach Mamie Waicié (pronounced Wychiay) offers a simple but sumptuous picnic at Patho Beach in the north-east of Maré. A Maré-style meal, with time to swim, sunbathe and even learn to weave things from coconut-palm fronds with an excellent teacher.
